POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Leaf and Water employs high standards of holistic skin care. We put your best interest first and serve with the highest level of knowledge and integrity. We support you along your path to achieve healthy skin, and encourage you to ask questions, as well as let us know how we may better serve you.  We would like to think we provide excellent products and services at all times, however if there is ever a time when you were not completely happy with your products or services, please contact the owner directly at holly@leafandwaterspa.com and we will be sure to immediately resolve your concern.

CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS
To insure excellent client care for everyone, and to respect the time of your dedicated Skin Practitioner, we ask that you request appointment changes days prior to your scheduled appointment time. 
 
Shall you need to make changes to your appointment without 24 hrs notice a $50 change fee will apply.
